25 Best TRX Exercises for A Great Home Workout

Almost one year ago I purchased a TRX. I was looking for something to spice up my at home workouts. I actually bought kettlebell as well. Both great additions to my home gym. These are two pieces of equipment that I wish I would have purchased a long time ago.

The only problem that I have with my TRX is that it only comes with a small exercise book and 1 DVD. This contains 12 exercises that have 3 variations each. The variations are beginner, intermediate and advanced. I’ve spend lots of time on you tube trying to find the hundreds of exercises that you can perform with a suspension trainer. Here are 25 great ones that you can use.
