3 Exercises to Get Slimmer and Trimmer Thighs

One of the trouble spots that many women have is their thighs. Every gym has those abductor (outer thighs) and adductor (inner thighs) thigh machines that all the women use thinking that they can slim their thighs with them. What they don’t realize is that when they are doing 20-25 reps they are creating a pump in their thighs and therefore actually adding size to them.

In the video below Holly tells you her story about going to the gym and actually trying to use one of the abductor and adductor machines.

She will then go on to show you some exercises that you can do at home to slim and trim your thighs.

  3. One leg Romanian deadlift
