40 Excellent Kettlebell Exercises for a Total Body Workout

One of my favourite workouts is the kettlebell. Not only are kettlebells a great total body workout but they are a workout that you can do at home. You can hide them under the bed or in the closet and they don’t take up much room. Most of the time I’ll just add a couple kettlebell exercises to my workout or just use them for a quick workout when I don’t have time to get to the gym. Check out all these exercises that you can do with 1 or 2 kettlebells.
