If you are looking for a way to increase the intensity of your ab workouts then you may want to try using the TRX. My gym has a TRX class available and I’m sure that there are many other gyms running classes. Some may even have them available for use. If you are working out at home then this is a great tool that you can use anywhere, even on vacation and it doesn’t take up any space.
