If you want to lose fat I recommend counting calories. I’m not saying you have to do this all the time but do it for a couple weeks so you are aware how much food you can eat for your body makeup. There are many formulas on the net for calculating calories.

Calculate Current Calories?

If you are looking to lose fat it is important that you take a few days to start writing down what you eat on a normal basis. Every time you eat something make sure to record the calorie values. Group the foods into the meals you are eating and total up each meal. Don’t forget drinks.

Now take a look at what you calculated above and what your actual calories were. You will probably find there is a big difference.
