Get Rid Of Man Boobs with these Exercises To Lose Chest Fat

I know there are a lot of guys starting out that have said that their main goal is to lose their man boobs. I found this video that includes some exercises you can do to lose chest fat.

Jimmy starts out with some great upper chest exercises.

Watch as he shows you how to properly perform them:

  1. Upper Chest Flys
  2. Incline Barbell Press
  3. Swiss Ball Presses (Very few people do this exercise even thought it’s great).

 

The other key to getting rid of your man boobs is exercises that will burn more fat.

The exercises that everyone is doing are:

  1. Squats
  2. Deadlifts
  3. Chinups
  4. Presses

That’s what everyone else is doing.
