Why Upright Rows are Leading to Shoulder Pain
Like many I used to do upright rows as well. I still see many personal trainers and experts demonstrating this exercise and having their clients perform upright rows during their workouts.
Like the other exercises in this series, the upright row also reshapes the shoulder in a negative way which makes it prone to injury.
