Monday Cheat Sheet: Top 10 Health and Fitness Posts of the Week

This is the 4th edition of the “Monday Cheat Sheet“. I had a hard time selecting just 10 posts this week. Looks like everyone had a busy week before the American Thanksgiving holiday.

In this edition I have included several articles on training techniques which include specialization training, quick workouts for the holidays, training for the muscle up and how not to do crossfit.

The health section outlines what you should know about metabolism and how to get the most out of your caffeine.

I also found some interesting interviews this week. The first is an interview for Timmothy Ferriss’s new Four Hour Chef book and the second polls 13 bloggers about why simplicity is so important when pursuing a health goal.

The post is rounded out with some great tips on losing belly fat for women and what women should do to lose weight effectively.
