Many people choose these because of their lack of time, lack of money, or they aren’t comfortable with working out in front of people. The gym can also get quite crowed and a lot of people are just their to chit chat. This keeps me focused on my workout.
There are many different cardio workouts that you can do at home. Here are some of the different types of cardio workouts that you can do at home.
Choices for Cardio Workouts at Home
People are still under the impression that they need machines to get a good workout. Just like anything in life everyone turns to machines first before trying the old school method. They feel that to get the same cardio workout as the gym they will need to purchase some big, expensive piece of equipment. Don’t forget that there are also maintenance costs involved with the upkeep of machines. The downside of this is when it breaks down or you get bored of it (which usually happens first), it takes up space or you have a hard time getting rid of it. Maybe you can put some Christmas lights on it and decorate it for the holidays. Many years ago I purchased a treadmill and used it about 10 times. I was under the impression that I could get a great workout and lose all the fat by running while watching TV. It never happened.
