Many people play sports outdoors or even indoors. I always see people getting injured during recreational sports. The reason this happens is because they aren’t warming up properly.
Many will do stretches but neglect warming up their muscles.
Outdoor Warm-up Exercises
- Jumping jacks
- Prisoner lunges
- Mountain climbers
- Duck unders or side steps
- Leg swings
- Push-ups or spiderman push-ups
- Arm crosses
- Running on the spot
These exercises are also great for warming up before a bootcamp class as well.
