Here is another video for those that have shoulder pain and also if you don’t want to have future shoulder pain. I’ve been doing this workout for a while now. No wonder why my shoulders are always killing me. I used to do this exercise with an additional 90 lbs when I was younger. I recently did it without weights and hurt my shoulder.

I have noticed that since I have stopped doing dips some of my shoulder pain has gone away. Still working on strengthening them though.
